1. Initial Consultation

The initial consultation phase will identify the key business issues or opportunities that need to be addressed.

2. Solution Design

We'll propose a proof-of-concept solution utilising either preferred or recommended technologies with a focus on demonstrating tangible value. If unavailable, we’ll test out ideas on a smaller scale, or bake this ”test and learn” approach into the implementation.

3. Iterate & Re-iterate

We’ll deliver solution in multiple versions, so you have something tangible to review and provide feedback on early in the project.

4. Maintain, Train & Handover

Once the project is complete, we can either manage the solution for you or hand over the reins and be there in the background when you need us.
